Traditional Country Pub Food

The White Horse Inn has been in the very safe hands of the Ward family for two decades and we know a thing or two about running a Good Country Pub.

Our dishes have always reflected what is fresh, local and seasonal and we like to think that the food takes centre stage.

The Steaks and Seafood in particular are very popular as is the selection of well kept real ales or fine wines which can be enjoyed inside or out. Pop along and see what the fuss in all about!

Had an excellent Sunday lunch here in the garden. Tables are well spaced. Delicious food and quite an extensive menu (mainly typical pub dishes). Service was excellent – very attentive, and both food and drinks came promptly. There is also a good playground and an area for the kids to run around.

Absolute gem of a place. Booking is a definite yes. Menu is so good, was difficult to choose from. Being the last night of our holiday we were thoroughly spoilt. Service was excellent & the place was so clean. Track & trace has been put in place too. Will be back next time we are down this way.
